Are there alternatives to pot noodles?

That are convenient for the office?

Long for something hot to bring eat at lunch time.

Don't have a microwave nearby.

Healthy as in, contains all you want in a meal or healthy to suit a low salt/calorie/oils/fats/gluten or anything else people avoid?

Stuff like this is great and can be kept at room temp in a draw:

Tasty, filling and flavorful. There is an eastern brand version which is better and only a quid. Microwave in 2 mins

Looks nice but would need to add some meat or a decent protein source, only 7g per portion :(

Didnt see the no microwave bit...

Where do you work?

I am amazed given they're so cheap

They are great, i have them for emergencies in my office draw and my fishing bag (can boil the pack in water). use to bring a few boiled eggs and eat it with couscous.

Buy a microwave? Heck you can probably pick one up for nothing on gumtree.

^This. Microwaves are dirt cheap, problem solved.

company might not take kindly to you bringing in cooking equipment though.

i imagine that's a lot of risk assessments etc that would need to be done along side having your dirt cheap microwave professionally PAT tested etc

Shy boys get no sweets. It's worth him asking his boss, then get it PAT tested, sorted.

Judging by when our microwave was last tested, I'd imagine a lot of places don't really care
