Or maybe they recognise the enormous tangible benefits it gives everyone in Europe.
its scary how much Pro EU brain washing goes on.
These people really think that the UK is going to turn into a 3rd world nation, they cant see anything of the downs sides to the EU at all, its scary how much Pro EU brain washing goes on.
It's obvious this poll was set up in an attempt to confirm the belief that a lot of Remainers have that everyone who voted Leave is now regretting their decision. Sorry we aren't
threats and bullying
Nothing and no-one will ever convince me that a European superstate is a good idea - for that is the ultimate aim and always has been.
Leave in all previous polls on this matter and still Leave now. Nothing and no-one will ever convince me that a European superstate is a good idea - for that is the ultimate aim and always has been.
Juncker, Verhofstadt and co - a ragbag assortment of has-beens, never-weres and nearly-men (Kinnock a case in point) - have shown their true colours. Any organisation that resorts to threats and bullying to keep its members cannot seriously claim to be benevolent in its intent.
Nope I voted leave and as things stand, I probably still would. I'm still trying to work out which is worse, the superstate ideal and the mess in the EU or the Tories running the country with no real opposition.
Leave and more leave. The boxing stance the EU has taken following the result is indicative of whats to come.
Cameron went to negotiate to keep us in. Got kicked to the curb and sent back with watered down water.
We vote to leave, and still, all they give us is threats and posturing.
Does this really sound like an EU who wants Britain? No, instead they have been circling the water looking how to undermine the city and how they can carve up the spoils.

So even if someone presented you with a rational, evidence based assessment that objectively showed that we would be better off within the EU than without, you would still hold that opinion?
Fair enough.
You need to define better, really. Better financially within the EU, short term? Probably. Long term? who knows. There's obviously a lot more reasons than finances as well, I personally voted because ideologically I think we should directly elect our leaders and they, and only they, should make all of our laws. Obviously immigration is a big one for a lot of people as well.
