Pretty much, it has been shown in a few episodes now that his "followers" don't exactly have a choice, either:

- work at the fence as dead or alive...
- take your chance outside by yourself and see how long you last
- work for Negan and get some luxuries as well as protection

Dwight isn't Negan's right hand man, Trevor from GTA 5 is.

Someone kills Negan, his right hand man or one of the many "true" followers will just take his place.

I'm thinking he'll take her, there's been a couple of references in previous episodes that Negan is shooting blanks, so maybe he'll want to take Judith on that basis.

As a character Negan prides himself on "not" killing women whatever age - usually taking it out on someone they love, etc. instead so I can't see him killing Judith except maybe accidentally, certainly not to teach Rick a lesson.
 
Isn't it more likely to be Karl who gets the Lucile treatment? Negan hasn't dished out his punishment for trying to kill him (but completely bottling it) yet?

They could have done a better job of showing Negan's army that Michonne saw, at first I thought it was a horde and it didn't look "that" big...

Yeah that shot was awful.
 
Who was the boot?

What's with the guy from The Kingdom and his caravan?

Why was that shot from the car so poor?

Who killed zombie fat lass?

Questions questions questions. It best pick up the pace in 2nd half of the season.
 
The fat lass was shot in the face so the bullet probably went through the brainstem area.

The person with the boots is possibly someone we know already as they made a point of hiding the face.

I only noticed on second time of watching that there was a bit about the next episode after the end credits, just in case anyone else missed it.
 
Last 2 minutes of staring at each other and smiling was a bit cringe. But otherwise a quality episode.
 
Apparently in the comics, it is Dwight's cousin but I don't think we have even seen Dwight's cousin??? And yeah having the face revealed sort of means that it is someone we have already seen before...


Also, pretty sure Tara is going to tell all about the woman group she encountered (for the weapons) as it seemed rather odd bringing her at the end with the other main characters considering she isn't a main character at all.
 
The best bad guy we've seen but quite an average (at best) series so far. I'm disappointed, but hope the second half is better.

Definitely, those are some bad-ass women.

Plus in the preview at end, we saw a glimpse of the jungle again.
