What actual speeds do you get?

It depends on location, time of day, windspeed and the colour of your underware.....

I've had everything between 90 and 0.5 in London

This is what I get at home on 4G. Ironically it's faster than my wifi at home.

There is no point asking this question, networks vary too much.

Get a PAYG SIM and test the network yourself.

Yeah it's incredibly variable on 4G networks ... I'm on Vodafone though.

I got 139Mbps / 36Mbps in Westminster back in April according to speedtest but haven't come near that since (107Mbps odd highest after that). Upload I've had higher though - hitting 43Mbps odd.

fastest i've seen (but i rarely check) is 112.87 down, 23.32 up and 26 ping

I thought I was on 60mbit limit and I've seen it bouncing off 60 so thought it was capped. that's on EE

I've got 80 down and 12 up

I have had 95mbs down locally on speed test.

However in reality it doesn't deliver this when using as a hotspot or downloading real files to phobe, so I aspect they limit traffic on all but the speed test sites.
