Which Corsairs are you referring to TT?I'd say Vardars do the best performance for the noise, with Noctuas being lower noise for almost the same performance.
Wasn't impressed by the Corsairs enough to change, though.
Well you mentioned the SPs, which I find pretty darn loud anyway, but I also mean the Quiet Editions (which are comparatively very low performance) and the new ML ones that I tried out recently.Which Corsairs are you referring to TT?
So what are your thoughts on the Corsair ML'sWell you mentioned the SPs, which I find pretty darn loud anyway, but I also mean the Quiet Editions (which are comparatively very low performance) and the new ML ones that I tried out recently.
If you need some fans, they are perfectly good, but still noisier than I'd like and not the best on performance. So what are your thoughts on the Corsair ML's

Do you have a specific RPM in mind, or just the best SP value for the lowest noise? Thanks for that but I'm looking for the quietest I can find for a given RPM.
I got some Nidec Gentle Typhoons from the UK in the end. If you check the comparisons youtube videos between the GT, Vardars and Noctua the GT's are much quieter at every RPM.
You had some Gentle Typhoons as well IIRC so what do you think re the comparison?I'd say the Vardars, then. Get the Extended Range versions.
Err...... Did I?You had some Gentle Typhoons as well IIRC so what do you think re the comparison?

Oh, wait a minute, I may have done..... IIRC, I actually bought those for a friend of mine and didn't end up using them in my own case.

Oh my lord, that was aaaaaaaages ago and so much has happened since then... These days, and at my age, I can barely even remember if I had breakfast this morning!!
