Does anyone have one of THESE? I have just bought one from OCUK and it arrived today but either I'm reading the description wrong and it doesn't do what I think it should... or it's faulty. It's a rotary and says "Dual 360-Degree Rotation" so it should turn all the way round on itself, right? Mine doesn't... it's just stuck in the position that you screw it in as when tight... i.e the valve is basically upside down and I can't rotate it independent of itself.

Here is what it looks like... I would have thought where that line is there on the left is where it would rotate... hence the '360 degree rotation' feature. Otherwise it's not doing 360 degree anything!

But it DOESN'T lol! The handle categorically does not rotate 360 degrees, it only rotates 180 to open the valve.

Plus, the description states "Dual 360-Degree Rotation" so what's the dual part even about? It doesn't even rotate 'single' 360 lol!

That's strange as on my Barrow fitting the handle rotates 360 degrees.

Definitely not on this one, and the 'dual' thing makes no sense. Must be a description from a different product, because it doesn't remotely apply to this one.
