just updated bios and have (hopefully) reset all my overclock settings. I've got 16gig Team Group 3733Mhz that needs overclocking to reach it's rated speed. At present in CPUID it's showing as 1466? Is that Right?

cant get this ram back up to 3733 for some reason. I know when I first installed it I had a problem but that was associated with T1 and T2 in bios .. can't remember altering anything else in bios other than the 4.6 overclock for the i7 6700k. Anybody got any ideas?

I use to have some Team Group extreme 3733Mhz and had it for about 3 months. When I first got the ram I could only clock it to just over 3400Mhz, the fastest I could get it to go was about 3600 and I did find I got closer to the 3733Mhz after a new bios update came out.

I bought this ram to replace some Kingston fury 2400Mhz, which I had overclocked to 2850Mhz, I have to admit I did not notice any difference in gaming going form my overclocked fury ram to the team group extreme. In the end I sold the ram and bought 32GB of Fury which only cost me £110 and overclocked it to 2850Mhz.

I called OCUK support today and apart from a very little advice, there isn't anything they can do or advise. Tempted to send it back under warranty ... dunno ...

I've managed to get it to 3600mhz .. but that is as far as it appears to be able to go. Anything else (voltages etc) and it just fails to boot to bios ..

It seems you hit the same 3600Mhz speed wall as me and nothing I did could get it any higher.

What motherboard are you using?

so with the i7 6700k overclocked to 4.6 (possible room for more as temps are only 63 at max stress testing. The Ram at 3600mhz ... that leaves the GPU (ROG GTX 980ti Matrix) ... I'm using Asus GPU tweak now and it's at 119% .. dunno if it can go more. Temp is maxing at 63 as well ...
