I'm using an msi z77a-g43 with an i5 3570k, which is running at 4.2ghz @ 1.33v.

The voltage seems a bit high, but not dangerously high. I want to lower this voltage but I don't seem able to in my bios. I can only put it to auto voltage, or increase it in small increments (not decrease).

I have attached some images below of my bios overclocking screen.

Thanks in advance for any helpful suggestions

Yep, is on newest version.

In the second picture I posted there is "CPU Core Voltage [+ 0.020000]"

When I click this there is no option to reduce voltage, only go up in small increments.

Just found on the web that the motherboard you have has limited adjustment for voltage options and only can be adjusted slightly with the cpu core voltage.

Basically the motherboard is auto adjusting the voltage to your overclcok which is slightly higher than you would like.
