If you read my earlier post, I'm well aware of the likely fate of the driver of the truck initially i.e. Not the **** who carried out the attack.

I would just like to know what ISIS actually want (assuming this has ties to them). I wonder if they even care that they're making life hell for their fellow rational Muslim brothers/sisters who are happy in the western world.
