Wasn't sure what I was looking for in Resource monitor the only main one that was showing up was called Background. But even that was not using much CPU power.

Their seems to be a lot of people having the same problem with this card. I found a site full of them

some are blaming old motherboards and some old power supplies. Their are two fixes for it.

That sadly never worked for me The other one involves under clocking the card by 20% and that worked for me all my old games are now running fine

Might as well buy a cheaper card then and overclock it. Seriously makes no sense to underclock a graphics card to me.

I'm not a gamer so its no big deal to underclock it while i play a few old games.Then switch it back to normal when I'm done.
