IDLE / Desktop temps are down massively.

max load temp is around 70C in Intel Burn Test. During normal use / gaming etc 50c average.

Cooler is quiet throughout, no audible pump noise. Very impressed, especially for the price.

12C idle? Are you wearing a hat and coat with the windows open??

I don't believe Intel CPUs sensors are particularly accurate sub 20C - when I had a Antec 1250 in I got the same idle temperature (~14C in a normal room around 17C and temperature controlled lab that was dialled down to like 12C or something) the difference was in the load temps where normal room temps could easily hit 50C in a stress test while in a temperature controlled environment they'd stay around 40C.

+1 seen exactly the same thing with a few systems I have built for other people recently

"Oh its 18'c at idle that's amazing!"
"yeah but the room temp is 20'c"
"hmm .."

So take low intel temps with a pinch of salt :)
