Gaming PC - £650

Hi all,

My little brother's computer has died a death and so I'd like to build him a replacement for £650.

We've got all the peripherals but I'd like a new case. We've got a 1TB HDD, though I'd like a small SSD for OS.

I'm just out of touch with all these new graphics cards, so wouldn't know where to begin!

Didn't know whether or not you needed an operating system, the GTX 1050ti is a nice 1080p card, and the zotac brand comes with a 5 year warranty.

above is good, i have the same case and its fantastic.
you could however go for a much cheaper case and get a better gpu.

I did drop it to a £22 case, but couldn't fit a 1060 or a 470 in the budget

sounds like he may already have windows so may save a good chunk there.

IMO drop the ram to 8GB and go for the i5 6500. Or spend a little more and go for the 6600K
