I don't break laws cause I'm a good boy I am, honest! :p However I did once urinate through the letterbox of Barclay's bank. Two reasons. I didn't need a poop and they had recently bank charged me for a failed direct debit.

If I'm going to hell for that then so be it! :cool:

Personally I think the people over at avf are a bit to quick to jump to conclusions. Threatening to block the guys account will get them nowhere, wheres he gonna get the cash if his accounts locked? Heres the latest post from one of the buyers. I do agree tho theres no reason he cannot post the items out and save himself a load of grief. Two things to note tho is the bank cant just return the payment I think he will need the details to transfer it back. And I doubt police will do anything either as it would be a civil matter.


"Ok so you can either post the card today via special delivery or have your bank return the money. If either is not done by close of play today (5pm) then I will point Barclays fraud team to the thread and have the police pursue a fraud charge against you. I believe PPP is doing the same so your choice. You don't need my bank details just have your bank return it or send the card. I hope you will take this chance to redeem yourself."
 
Well it seems AVForums have suspended one of the victims of this scammer for wait for it.
Because I had the nerve to post about it on this forum.
Will get the private conversation between one the mods and the suspended party and post them tomorrow.
You couldn't make this **** up
