Good man, agreed this is filthy but oh so satisfying !! (I've never yet been caught in the act)

Also any kind of "leftover" is allowed to be eaten at any time of the day, sherry trifle for breakfast followed by turkey/ham etc. is completely acceptable, "BECAUSE ITS CHRISTMAS"

Agreed, in addition it's okay to drink bucks fizz at 9am BECAUSE CHRISTMAS! Much like it's okay to have a pint of Guinness at 7am in an airport Wetherspoons BECAUSE HOLIDAY!

Oh hell yes, if me and Mrs HEADRAT haven't polished off a bottle of Champagne by 11:00 it's not Christmas ;) Christmas breakfast is always smoked salmon with cream cheese bagels + lashing of bucks fizz.

Also it's good to see the love of a Christmas Vol Au Vent is strong here!
