I have bought a used car part from ebay which has turned up defective and not as described which was also 3 days late on postage as he lied about dispatch date. I have opened a ebay returns case but he has replied to me regarding the return through a past PM from asking for a tracking number. He has basically said that he will refund me the money if I post back to him.
I thought this should be done through the ebay resolution centre?
I have never had to return anything before luckily.
