Am I being unreasonable? BMW dealer fit carbon parts

Hopefully they can sort it out without too much heartache.

My boss had good experience with Douglas Park here when his x5 was in quite often for replacement wheels, rattles inside and to get 3m tape on the rear arches.

Only bad thing was the rear bench seats rattling and someone test drove it and said it was ok. Boss picked it up and it was still there, took someone at a higher level out who heard it instantly and got it sorted pronto.

Ithats awful.

I've not seen your car before, my god that colour is epic, any more pictures of it?

Thanks mate. Here are some pre-carbon:

And this is why I have to resort to a bright yellow post it note stuck on my seat to remind BMW to not scuff the bolster when they get in the car. They're pretty useless most of the time at getting things right the first time.

What?

Oh and lol if you think they'll take notice of a yellow post it!

If you'd have shown me that spoiler I'd have thought more Ripspeed than BMW. Looks like a generic stick on job the fact that it doesn't really fit.

Car looked great in the before pictures. I know that splitter would last about a day before I knocked it off on something if I was driving it :o

£3K for that?

I'll revise my previous post. That is properly the end of the world.

Still think if they have to respray parts if damaged it won't match.

Tbf it was 3k for the parts, only £170 for fitting. The bloke doing it was probably on minimum wage. I doubt they get much call for fitting 3 grand spoilers.

:D

It's not too soon I'm getting spammed with 3 wheeler pics as 'your next car mate?' and so forth....... I didn't die and the car is sold on now so that chapter is over.

Also lols :D

:D Glad you took it in good spirit at the end of the day, nobody was hurt - Hope you had a good Christmas and hope the new car isnt to far in the future

I suspect it got passed around for a good laugh. I've never put a post it note asking my dealer not to scratch my bolster and they've still never scratched it.

I suspect this didn't really happen. I made it clear that last time they damaged the bolster and I had to re-colour it.
