We do a lot of imports from countries within the same Zone that Sweden falls into

Here's the remote area list - 96164 doesn't seem to be on it (although I'm on phone at the moment and can't search the PDF!)

Anyway if post office is just around the corner then I guess it isn't very useful - not sure how reliable their pickups are out of the capital.
