Wouldn't surprise me if true. The stress and grief she must be going through can easily do a lot of physical harm to anyone, let alone an elderly lady.

Edit: BBC now reporting Debbie Reynolds has now died of a stroke following the death of her daughter yesterday.
What an awful way to end your time.

Can't believe her mum passed on the next day.
Jesus Christ. That's awful. Her mum must have been completely heart broken. But I don't know why I find that surprising as the death of one of my children is the only thing that would genuinely and completely obliterate my life. I could survive anything else but not that.
The only consolation is that this amount of heartache must have meant a deep love in her life (it sounds obvious but from personal experience it isn't always the case).
RIP the two of them. My thoughts go to Carries daughter Billie Lourde for the loss of a huge part of her family right now.
