That's how you tell Old Money from New Money. The self-made rich would snarl or laugh, but they'd try again and again until they hit the bloody targets. People who get brought up with everything will just storm off in a huff. Are my prejudices right? Would you say the person was raised rich?

Anyway, on topic, I'd quite like this for my next business trip:

Technically I could afford it, but there's no way I'd actually spend that much. I'd really like to be in the position where I would but I'm honestly not sure how rich I'd have to be before I could pay for First Class and not feel I was doing something fundamentally wrong.

I'd argue probably the opposite. New money complaining all the time. Old money should have been raised to shoot. :p

And a business class bed that's longer than 6' would be great! Stupid short beds :(

And agreed, business is lovely, but it's just not justifiable unless someone else is paying, other than perhaps with an upgrade from points.

I've done business class (so not quite that, but not far off) with Emirates and while it cost a bit more it was so worth it. I slept like I would on a bed for 8 hours. I wouldn't do it again though. Actually my mate messaged me saying he'd booked it and I owed him the money, so I never had much of a choice :p
 
I have a new bike coming which is seriously nice but I so would have like this to get this. It wouldn't make me go any faster but it's so lush.

Surely the height of the handlebars and the seat are the wrong way around? Or are you supposed to ride with your bottom in the air?

The seat post is adjustable so can be lowered, but it's a road aero bike so the drop from seat to handle bar is more than other types of road bike.

Oh, that's not nearly as bad as it looked from just the picture of the bike. I guess I forgot about arms. :)
