970 vs 1060 or 1070 in adobe cc suite????

I play very little games however I do use the adobe suite constantly nearly... would I notice a big difference in performance in either lightroom,photoshop or premiere pro??/

I have a 4770k with 16gigs of ram 1 x ssd and 4 x hdds

None in Lightroom.

Photoshop does use a gpu but 1060/970 will be more then enough.
