Evening,

I purchased this kit just over a year ago and this evening I noticed utmost charging at all and suddenly died. There is power going to charger with the green light showing. Just seems nothing is going through to the laptop or the laptop just decided to flip out. So I left it plugged in and no nothing has changed. Things the second msi laptop in 2 years that have died now through overclockers

Any suggestions ?

Very gutted contains so many photos of family as well as gaming.

Thanks

Remove all drives and RMA that mutha.

Thanks bud.

I did wonder. Now they have asked me to send it back but back up my drives. How easy is that to do? Obviously I'd need to open it up now to do that.

Use Acronis True Image (software) to make a backup to an external drive.

That is the best way. If you remove the drives then the RMA maybe rejected as its not been returned in at least the original spec it was built with.
