I've been looking for a new pilots case as the strap on mine is coming off after 8 years use but that black overlander leather satchel looks really nice and would probably hold everything I have in my pilots case.

As a non-beard wearing, bald-headed non-hipster, would it look wrong?

I've been looking for a new case and am also taken by the Kattee range. Very nice products! My budget was up to £100 +. I had considered another attache case, a Samsonite for £115, but I think they're probably old fashioned now?

Does anyone know what dimensions this one is for £95? It doesn't seem to be mentioned. I think I might buy it though. Of all the bags I've looked at, this one looks the nicest and offers the most zips and pockets.

In the same listing there's a little window next to the main image which shows another similar bag for £79.99 in colour 'Coffee A' where the dimensions are listed as 16.1 x 11.8 x 4.3 inch / 41x30x11 cm. Those sizes would be fine. I wouldn't want anything smaller as I carry drumsticks which are 15.5" to 16" long and 4.3" depth is minimum I want, to carry a load of thin books. Are these meant to be the same dimensions for the £95 bag and why would there be £15 difference?

Hmm, a bag for a man is quite difficult. It's hard to avoid looking like either a hipster (esp. if you use Apple products as well), or just a guy carrying a handbag for some reason. I usually go with a backpack

I have a Burberry leather messenger bag made from the thickest leather I've seen on anything. It'll probably outlive me and I can't find any pics as it probably pre-dates the internet.

I used to hav a real nice cycle courier bag, I think, as above, you call them messenger bags, it was quite an expensive one, very comfy and looked a bit cool. Lost it somewhere in translation.

I've had a look through but nothing as good as the Kattee case I selected.

Back to my question then in post #44, does anyone know why there's a £15 difference between the two bags? Is it just because of the colour?
