Need fancy dress ideas - Theme is 'English Garden'

Got a friend's party next weekend and the fancy dress theme is 'Anything found in an English garden'.

I have no blinking idea - Any ideas would be great. Don't want to spend much over about £20, don't mind making stuff though.
