Are you sure it was RMSD? They don't normally make you wait to claim on RMSD. Ring up instead of web chat you will get through to either the team in Ireland or U.K.

- Neil was your claim recently? Did it go smoothly until payout?

Didn't get that far. Despite not activity on the tracking for several days, once the claim started they magically found it and was delivered soon after.

That was a phone too by the way. My money would be on it falling out of a cage or just delayed.

Royal Mail won't consider special delivery lost until 5 days after the due delivery date.
