Faulty 1070 Graphics Card?

I have had for the last week an Asus ROG Strix 1070. The card seems great but I sometimes get the below issue. Is it a sign of a faulty card or another possibility? It only seems to happen in battlefield 1. I haven't witnessed it in other games yet.

It looks like a driver issue, if you only get it in one game the card should be fine. Try some other games or try underclocking, if it goes away in BF 1 with lower clocks you might have a issue.

I have ran 3D Mark 11 and also 3D Mark - Time Spy which has the latest dx12 features and these banchmarks run fine. I'll try re-installing BF 1
 
Do those shapes appear in the same way when you look at the same scenes. What I mean is, if they are flickering away at random it could be a faulty gpu but if they appear in a specific way and you can recreate the effects by looking from the same viewpoints it will be drivers issue.

The shapes do in fact appear in the same way. They do not flicker. They are perfectly static and stay the same regardless of moving around. I shall change my graphics drivers tonight. Thanks for the help :)
