This is lowest pricing in the UK by a substancial margin, also helped we purchased stock in GBP based on the new slightly strong 1.26 pound and of course Sapphire reduced the USD cost too and on top of that AMD gave us help to hit this price point. Stock is limited unfortunately to 500 units and we expect them to sell fast, as the RX 480 is damn quick, 8GB of RAM, Vulkan support and damn fast DX12 performance. :)

Everyone raves about the GTR, presumably it's clocked a bit higher and has a quieter cooler? Still £36 more than the reference card though.

Ooooooooo are they clearing out old stock ready for Vega?!?!?!?

The reference ones arent great, mine kept throttling, although I am watercooled so airflow isnt that great (the gpu wasnt watercooled).

If was the case you'd see prices reduced everywhere. We just have a hot deal on the reference card. :)

Vega is rumoured to be a 1080 competitor when it comes, that means 1080 prices or certainly close, 480 will no doubt remain in the stack or get re-boxed and called a 580, pure speculation and not confirmation of anything, AMD like rebranding. ;)

You know you're gonna get quoted everywhere now saying that don't ya ;) :D

**OCUK LEAK VEGA PERFORMANCE!!!!**

But yeah, we all know by now that AMD will be targeting the 1080 with one of their cards at least. That's a given ;)

yes, its worth every penny. its like buying an i7 7700k and using a stock cooler vs a dh d14 :P, it overclocks well and run cool unlike the ref card.

Well hopefully there'll also be a cheaper card. Nothing between £250 and £600 would be a bit stupid!

Ok. I predict Vega is due March........
Given the fire sale prices of the RX480 worldwide. Which is a good product that sells well also ;)
