Kraken x62 fans not spinning

As the titles states the fans ain't spinning! (Pump is lit up and working)

I've attached the pump to the cpu_fan header, plugged in the USB header and plugged in the sata connector to power on the psu.

Any ideas?

Actually one thing to note is that this is a new system build and I've not been into the bios or installed cam yet as I've not got the gpu or any OS installed

I wanted to turn it on blind to see if everything span up but maybe I'm jumping the gun

They should spin regardless of OS or cam software.
Your post doesn't say how you have connected the fans, hub or directly to motherboard?

Sorry yes, fans are connected using the supplied cable, that splits off the one plugged into the pump - All photos of the pump connections here - http://imgur.com/a/sSom2

I installed a Kraken X52 yesterday and plugged my fans directly into the mobo - works fine - but didn't use the cables in the photo you posted, I just left those alone. I won't have time to try them that way tonight but might get a chance tomorrow night.

Update: I plugged my fans in the same way as you did and they work fine. So not sure what's going on with your kit
