I would have gone with an escalade personally, you can easily fit 28" on those.

For the output and motor size you have to jump to 48V for such systems - Audi then use that for the active anti roll bar system.

Yea. It only runs up to 1200rpm (of engine speed) as well. Really just infilling that initial demand!

My boss got the UKs first one and he loves it. So fast for something weighing 2 tonnes.

Only thing he hates is the fuel economy compared to his old normal q7 v8. Hes only getting 22 mpg from the new barge.

I always thought the big engines in these were a bit pointless and just end up costing LOADS to run. Also if your Audi V8 goes wrong out of warranty...oh dear. They used to be quite bad for problems with the timing chain which was a £8000 repair.

Did you consider the new Volvo XC90, I've seen a few about and they look pretty swish, they seem to get a pretty good write up as well?

I think the biggest issue with the XC90 is the poor choice of engines.

Agreed. Tech and interior isn't a patch on the Audi either. Nor does it drive as well.
