is this laptop worth £1000?

the laptop is a Eurocom X8 (Clevo P377SMA) which imo I think looks quite good and I've read positive reviews

Intel core i7-4710MQ
Nvidia geforce GTX 980m 8GB sli
128gb ssd Msata3
1tb HDD 7200rpm
17.3" HD screen overclocked to 100hz
windows 10

for £1000 can I really get any better? thoughts please?

Just out of interest how old is it? (I'm guessing second hand because sli 980m still sell at around £1,800+).

It is indeed second hand though I'm thinking with the screen at 100hz and 980m sli!!! Only thing is I need to sell my current laptop and 980 Ti

I know but what I'm thinking I can be without my desktop for a few months if I can get a cracking deal on a laptop like this and then come 3 months time surely 1080 Ti will be out and vega shortly after

personally i'd avoid sli and get the most powerful single gpu you can afford. always seems to be issues with sli setups.
