i needed to know how to explain it barber/hairstylist. i'm used to having short hair on my head without any particular style but considering leaving it a little longer and just trim the edges so i could style it more. i'm thinking growing my hair few inches and letting some of it fall down half length over the ears and with a bit cut and scissors it could looks stylish. seen anything like that?

+1 for this, although when I changed to my current style I cheekily asked for the same as the bloke who had gone before me (and then got them to clarify what to ask for next time)
