Tv on game mode or standard?

Game mode can disable some post-processing filters on some models which can cut input latency down from 100s of ms to 30-40ms which depending on your game style and how casual you play or not can be noticeable.

I would always have game mode on for gaming, input lag is bad enough even with it enabled (for those of us used to PC gaming).

What manner of insane person would use anything other than game mode?! Many panels these days struggle with lag even with gamemode. With it off 9/10 horrendously it's laggy.

Don't let anyone tell you Game Mode isn't needed. I've seen a lot of facepalming conflicting information on reddit of all places, which surprises me greatly. Sure GM off might 'look' way better (more colour pop) etc but you want unprocessed gaming period. My Sammy UE40H6400 looks stunning with GM off, but it feels wrong when moving my Infamous Skaterb0y around the city of Seattle.

Who the hell has Spidey senses strong enough to be able to tell the difference of 60ms lol?

Depends on the games you play. You would notice it in most online fps games. It would have an effect on some single player games too. You would be surprised how much of a difference it can make.

If you care about being competitive in MP games, use it. I only play SP on consoles mostly, so I opt for the better screen quality.
