It's all fun and games when someone just gets a little nip from a tazer.

Let's just hope we continue stay away from arming our police with firearms. Humans are, by and large, total ******* morons - this sort of mistake is just going to happen.

The article in the op said a folding cane, which I googled and that's what some look like. I've no idea which one he was had. But if it was one like the pic I posted I can see that being an easy mistake to make.
