1- a lot of new techs, good innovations.
2- Vega heavily targeting Pro market , as expected
3- not enough info about Vega to keep ppl from going 1080Ti, but my guess Nvidia will deter ppl from the Ti by price tag alone.
 
Im thinking scarse details because its going to arrive end of H1 at earliest, not finished.

The positive view would be they dont want to overshadow or complicate any further ryZen arriving imminently
