Shower every single night. I couldn't sleep if I didn't.

Girlfriend shower in the mornings and evenings but for me that's OTT. A 10min shower in the evening where I scrub my entire body is about the extend of my body-hygiene routine.

Why would you not shower every day regardless of what you do? I shower every day with soap/gel and my skin is soft and smooth.

I bet you don't even wash your hands after going for a wee.

I bet you're also the type that leaves wee puddles all over the cubicle floor in work toilets.

I actually stop in the middle and give them a quick rinse as well.

Regarding baths/showers - once every fortnight, whether I need it or not.

I genuinely feel dirty AF if i don't shower every morning.. At the very last a good bath or hot shower right before bed is passable..

Shower every other day currently, and at least once a day in a heatwave. I do wash my hair every day though or it feels horrible.

Same. I feel a lot better after a shower and it only takes 10 minutes at most.

I shower every evening unless I'm out then I'll miss a day. But I shower most days. Requiring it is nothing to do with it, I actually find a hot shower in the evening after dinner, pleasant and relaxing. My nightly schedule is usually TV, dinner towards 9ish, nice shower after, then in bed to watch a film. I haven't bathed in 3 years.

I have about three baths a week and on top of that I shower everyday, fairly sure it's overkill but it's nice and relaxing and I foot the water bill so it's my choice to make.
