This is very true.

The longest I've gone without a shower was 2 weeks, purely for experimental purposes. I wasn't using any public transport or meeting new people or trying to impress anyone. However I went to my mates' houses almost every day during the two weeks and none of them said they could smell anything offensive.

I just shower twice or thrice a week, but my showers last 30 minutes each.

Ok If I was meeting new people everyday or using public transport I'd not want to offend anyone with my BO. But I'm always chilling out with people who love me, the last thing anyone cares about is what I smell or look like lol.

I think you smell delicious.

I shower every day. When I don't I do feel and smell like I need a shower. I do go exercise too, but even when I don't I feel sweaty and rank when I get home. Nothing like about shower to wash the day away.

Yep. He's lso gone in to last-word mode so I've left it. I was tempted to keep quoting him to see how dedicated he is to his I-must-always-have-the-last-word-for-I-am-old-and-wise-damn-you ethos but I just can't be bothered.

This is just one of those threads where you get an insight into just how weird some people are and how they think being brought up with a tin bath and showering infrequently is still normal.
Its a generational thing.
Move along, nothing to see but by god plenty to smell.
Some people smell more than others and wash it mask it with smelly soapy products.

Do you also hide your body smells with deodorants?
And don't be a child with your 'he must have the last word' crap - thaty is usually you.
 
I'm a twice day showerer, mainly do do with my job requiring me to do sudden timezone shifts, so when my alarm goes off, I wake up, zombie into the shower and it wakes me up, likewise, a quick shower just before bed puts me out. I guess thats closer to conditioning than anything else, but it works.
