Well if Colin or Jules were to stand behind me I would know they are there because they wear aftershave or deodorants but you don't do smells so I wouldn't know you're standing behind me. Most men smell of something but you smell of nothing. The only time you have a smell is when you go the toilet and you spray with the lemon to hide your poo smell so you smell of lemons for a bit
So would you like me to smell of lemons?
You're too old now, keep smelling of nothing.

The fact your wife would tell you to shower because you smelled after running shows you need to shower more. Sweat on it's own doesn't smell and you shouldn't stink after a training session.

Up until a few weeks ago i showered twice a day, I now shower just once a day, every evening before bed.

I noticed i started getting dry skin on my hands and feet, changed my shower gel for dove soap, it helped slightly but stopped all together when i showered just once a day. Doesn't help though that my job requires me to wash my hands every half hour.

But Metrosexual, no. I shower everyday, wear nice Antiperspirant and Aftershave so yes i smell good all the time.

Two of my favourite foods. I love the smell of garlic and never understood why so many people are anti-garlic. I'd rather smell of garlic than BO.

The more you wash, the more you need to wash basically. Your body goes on overdrive trying to replace all the oil etc lost after washing. It makes to much and that is what picks up all the dirt and smells.

But yea...once a day for me and that's how it's always been.

My maths teacher at school told me this story years and years ago, after about 6 weeks of not washing your hair, it will clean itself apparently.

I usually shower daily - Sometimes I might miss a day, but it's never been a problem.

I don't think I've ever showered more than once a day

I'm glad you know, I didn't want to tell you last weekend.

I shower once a day unless it's a particularly lazy weekend where I might skip a day or if I've been to the gym where I'll have 2.

I don't shower every day normally 4 times a week and i would not say I smell, and believe me if I did smell my wife or kids would be the first to mention it.

The days I don't shower that's an extra 10 mins in bed in the morning.

So you are showering every other day. That's hygienic and I wouldn't expect any one to smell of BO going 48 hours without a shower.

I shower once or twice a day, always in the morning before the day ahead. Sometimes in the evening if I have been to the gym, or got hot and bothered for any other reason.

I don't just shower to be clean, I like a nice shower it's relaxing.
