Hi,

Just bumped into a friend of mine who is a photographer and he said they've found a body at Milton Tip:

Probably come out in the media later today, at least it will be closure for the poor family (if it turn out to be him).

He was drunk and either fell in or climbed into a bin? Not a very nice way to go, feel sorry for the bin men as well. Must not be nice for them.

Didn't they arrest someone last week over his disappearance? If it's him then a sad but hardly unexpected outcome. At least his family will know what happened and be able to grieve.

Yeah they did but wasn't it for obstruction of justice or something like that? I don't think it was to do with his actual disappearance.

Seemed they dismissed it based on a couple of factors one being the logged weights of the bins but it seemed like the most likely explanation despite those factors which weren't really conclusive IMO i.e. someone could have been lazy and faked the data entry.

Maybe, could have just have been the guy thought he had picked up bins shouldn't have and tried to cover himself. All conjuncture at this point, hopefully they release some information soon.

People don't tend to end up in landfill sites by accident. Doesn't mean the person the Police arrested last week had anything to do with it though.
