I have 2 of these, 1 on each machine. Linking them is CAT5E to a Dell N1548 switch. When I transfer it does spread the loads across all 4 ports. I get about 90/100mb transfer speeds. Was hoping it'd do more. Anything I can do?

Server 2016 and Windows 10. No config on any of the cards. Just a file share between the 2 machines. Was a 30GB file

Not personally used Server 2016, but it still needs configuring as a "Network Team", and as far as I know will need the switch configuring (e.g. via LACP) as well to enable more than 1 NIC to be used for both send and receive.

Are you sending one thing or multiple? As I understand it, if only one stream it will use one port. If a second stream starts it can use a second one etc.

Set up correctly Server 2012 onwards can utilise the whole of the team bandwidth for SMB3 transfers e.g.

You need to enable teaming on the card interfaces, you also need a compatible switch.
