OK so I've overclocked (precision X) my 1080Ti as follows:-

Power Target 120%
GPU Offset +150
Memory Offset +500

Now, Battlefield 1 runs fine untill the end of a match, at which point it's crashing before the next match starts with a direct X error...never had this before with my vanilla 1080.

I was wondering if my cards getting a bit toasty? If so can someone recommend me a fan curve? I'm not bothered about fan noise, I just want to keep things stable.

Any advice appreciated :D

I don't have a ti .but I have the Titan and for a fact that any overclocking with bf1 it would crash between 5-60 mins. Had the same with bf4 with my 980,s in sli as well.

For the fan curve try 70 % when it hits 70 80 for 80 and so on but it will get load :P

I use a 1:1 fan profile just drag the slider to the far top right corner so it's a straight line so 68 degrees is 68% fan speed 70 degrees is 70% etc works well for me with my 980 Ti Ref

OK, just incase this helps any other new 1080Ti users, here are the stable OC settings I settled on (as a Battlefield 1 enthusiast)

My "fast" profile uses a custom 1:1 fan curve as suggested by Tommy and the settings are:-

On my own card this runs nice and stable, and the GPU clock sits around 1987 for most of the game time without throttling - fan is of course moderately loud but I cant hear anything over the game anyway! :D
This weekend I played Battlefield 1 for hours on end using this and it ran sweet as a nut with no crashes.

My "quiet" setting for games like Tomb raider where I want a quieter rig, is based on Kaaps suggestion and is is follows:-

Power Target:- 110%
Clock Offset:- +100mhz
Mem Offset +400mhz

and uses Auto fan with NO custom curve.

Hope this helps someone! :D
