** NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 1080Ti LAUNCH - BIGGEST RANGE IN THE UK!!! **

So most are over 750. Thought the fe were meat to be 700?
Exactly ...

Nvidia direct are still £699 and are advertising they will be getting stock every week.. So that will keep the retailers in check it seems with the price gouging.

Bit of a bad joke really... Classified Version will be £900+ at this rate.. Staying well clear of this 1080Ti.. double gimped GPU as the TXP was already a gimped GPU and the version I will want will be £900+ that's £300 more than what I paid for the 980Ti Classified... they can keep them then fire sale them when they realise what a joke GPU prices have become for not even full GPUs but double gimped chips and then removing a memory chip too.. LOL like that made them a massive saving.

I'm out... will wait till Volta and see what AMD have I'm not paying close to £1k for a GPU that in the past was £350-£400...then they made them £600 and I only let that go as I went 3440x1440 and wanted a good experience and the 980ti is still doing great so they are not getting my money this year.. That's a sale lost for them from someone that updates to the latest Ti every time or the top end card (not Titan as they are a clear rip off). Good luck Nvidia and thank you Brexit voters.

Yeah I'll be looking at sub 200 in MM for 980ti

Good luck with that, you will find people won't be shifting from their 980ti's and in most cases the versions many have are faster than a 1070 and 10% slower than a 1080. Would be daft to sell a 980 ti for £200 and a lot are still selling for new more than a 1070 especially the high end versions and even the 2nd hand market ebay they are selling still easily for £300+ for a lot of the basic versions.

People on eBay are daft...

Why would I buy a 980ti for 300 when in MM I can get a 1080 for 385 :p

The draw of the 1080ti is strong and it will be only a matter of time...

And I think they will make a ton of sales personally. People will always shell out for the best if for no other reason than they know they have the best.

The 1080ti is also a significant boost for people struggling in 4k and VR. Both niches that already command high entry prices and therefore appeal to the higher income consumers, the 1080ti is just an extension of that niche and will open up a load more sales of 4K displays imo. Nvidia may or may not have to lower the price come AMDs effort, but until then can rake in the cash for being first to the bar! (Personally, I don't believe AMD will beat the 1080ti on anything other than price)

Because the number of members who have access to the MM is probably 1/100th of the people who can access the Bay.

The average pricing in the MM has always been lower than that on the bay.

Interesting selection of games mentioned by the OP

Half Life 3, Fallout 5, Prey, Quake: Champions and Doom

Might even consider one if it came bundled with Half Life 3:)

Biggest selection in the UK because half of these haven't been announced and you've made them up?

could have at least done a decent job on photoshop.

won't be aiming for Sub £200 when i sell my 980Ti thats for sure. I run mine at 1550 which only the odd game that stresses it, when it hits over 64 degrees it clocks down but certainly holds over 1500 all the time. Stays under 70 degrees and only got a small voltage bump of +19mv aswell. That's faster that what most 1070 do.

Only problem is it's a monster AMP EXTREEEEEEEEME

They all exist, just manufacturers have not finalised images or specs, but we have MPN/EAN's and costings. :)
Not our fault our competitors are slow and lazy or cannot be creative. :D

Any idea when the EVGA line up will be appearing ?

We have them ready to go, but the CEO of EVGA personally requested we do not launch yet, so we are working with EVGA on their launch, more details will surface in coming week or two hopefully. :)

Haven't bought a new GPU in a while but those are pretty terrifically expensive prices for non Titan cards. Seems a large variation too from £680ish to near enough £900. Are the different versions really that different? i.e. overclocking your £680 1080ti won't give you similar performance to the £900ish cards?
