Not long until we see Type 59 then, only to then have everyone realise what an overhyped piece of machinery it is :D

Gun handling is well behind any other medium tank bar maybe the T-34-3.
 
I wouldn't be able to stop myself from buying a Type 59, it's a collector's must have tank.

I know it's not an OP medium anymore but they look great and suit my style of play ie I'm average with them all :D
 
Not much of a collector's tank if every bugger is going to buy it ;)

Really it just needs gun stats bringing up to date, little aim time and slight accuracy changes, not talking about anything drastic here. Basically gun is quite literally hit and miss like Indien Pz. before the recent buff. As it stands things have gotten a lot tougher in it since the introduction of Patriot, French Emily and Defender as the pen isn't great either but workable if you can actually hit things with it.
 
WG have constantly shown they will sacrifice gameplay/balance for profit. The way they have introduced OP T10s, watched people convert Free-Xp/buy premium and then nerf it is laughable. Just look at the Foch-155, the WTfE-100 etc etc. Now they introduce daft premiums like the defender.

The old adage that a T8 premium would be not as good as a fully upgraded T8 non premium has long, long gone.

I loved the original Type59, in the current game it is well below par.
 
British special this weekend. Tog and FV4202 on offer.

I fancy getting the TOG II for pondering around like Jabba the Hut.

Need discounts on all the usual stuff, garage slots, crew training, camo etc but nothing yet.

used to be one...now its below average. Makes good money though...just have to be careful in it ;)
 
Just been realising how much I enjoy the AMX 30 Prototype, thing is frankly a bit of a beast and I only have tracks and second gun unlocked so far. While you can't rely on it and I expected it to be made of paper, armour does bounce a surprising amount of shots.

Also AMX 13 90 is still an absolute piece of **** that I hate playing every day of my life. I can do anything and everything better in any light tank, gun is simply not good enough. I wish I had the option to play the Bulldog in its place as T8.
 
Think I'm going to have another break from this, certainly not doing my stress levels any good and that's only after the first game of the night!
 
Rough crowd tonight indeed, all games are swings and roundabouts. Well suppose we're getting the new MM next patch so see what that fixes.
 
I hate the AMX 1390 i just can't get the hang of it. I do well in the AMX 1375 but this no chance.

Glad the British special is here, as have 4 tier 7 tanks to buy. Just need an equipment sale now .

Wish they discounted tier 10 in these specials. Need to buy T57 heavy, 121 and IS4.
 
Probably a lot tougher towards the last missions, no doubt some will be arty based and I have no chance as I don't play them.

£20+ to buy the tank, it does look decent tbh.
 
MIssion 2 is destroy 10 tanks over a number of battles.

I got most of my wins using tiers V-VI, I'll probably do the same for this mission.
