People want to give up caffeine?
That's crazy talk.
if you've barely gone for a day without it, then its not surprising that you don't get a headache, although not everyone does anyway.I get a big grumpy but I don't ever knowingly feel tired from not drinking one or get headaches or any other symptoms.
I may have to experiment then! Not sure I can give it up just yet thoughif you've barely gone for a day without it, then its not surprising that you don't get a headache, although not everyone does anyway.
when you give it up, you realise how tiered you are on caffeine and how poor the sleep is.
The half life is around 6 hours IIRC so it's actually out of your system pretty quickly but it can take a week to 10 days for the general rubbish feeling to subside.I may have to experiment then! Not sure I can give it up just yet thoughhow long before it really starts to leave your system?

Yea it is a thing; I used to work with a lady who used to drink a minimum of 2litres of coke per day along with about 5 coffees. She decided to cut out the coke completely and reduce the coffee and went through pretty major withdrawals.
Lots of caffeine in soft drinks, far more than most people realize, also aspartame doesn't do you any good either, two litres a day is just insane.
