Hi all , ive decided i have the itch to get a new PC and replace the one currently in my sig.

I will sell it complete so i need a case , psu everything basically APART from a graphics card as i was originally only going to upgrade my gfx.
I have an 11gb 1080ti making its way to me right now so that is the graphics.
For cpu as it is a purely gaming PC i am thinking 7700k and a good cooler , possibly corsair h100 idea again.

Thanks in advance for any advice , as stated 1500 to spend but no graphics card required , also no monitor ,mouse or keyboard required. Thanks.

Don't know if you'd fancy an ITX system, or if you prefer ATX to allow for expansion and/or for a new internal BluRay drive.

SM961 128GB for OS/Programs. If it's a pure gaming PC more storage won't be needed for the boot drive. 2TB HDD simply because you had one in your old system. For a Games drive I'd recommend (looking at current prices) something like the Crucial MX300 750GB SSD, which provides a decent level of performance (just needs to have decent reads really) and storage amount for the money. It's out of stock just now though.

AIO quality - Corsair and NZXT have been neck and neck for a few years now and you get an extra year's warranty with NZXT. The X52 240mm is pretty stunning aesthetically. The slightly larger X62 280mm would also fit the case.

128 GB seems a little low to me, especially once you consider the pagefile and the hibernate file. I went for 256 GB.

Some of this might be a bit overkill, but should run more or less silent at load, M2 for OS/pagefile, 2x525 ssd for raid. I personally uses 2x256gb in raid and run out of space ALL the time, would like to upgrade to similar. Remove bluray to bring into budget.

They have been around for a number of years, ram tends to just be mostly the same with just the appearance differing.

You get lifetime warranty as per any other

Hi all , thanks very much for all the advice. I really appreciate it.

I have ordered and received the stuff. Just on a table here but I will post spec back later.
Went for 7700k and a 50ogb SSD amongst others. Looks a good system hopefully.
Thanks again
