As the title says, got £650 budget for a pc that can game well as well as stream to twitch at the same time. Ideally i want high fps while streaming and will play games like DayZ, Arma 3 etc.

I will need a set up but do not need mouse, keyboard or monitors and i think i will use my current case aswell.

If someone can suggest a build that would be appreciated. Thanks

Not really worried about overclocking.

Something like that maybe if there's more than just your current case you can reuse or lower the bundle to an i3 and put the saving towards an ssd? You can build a whole system for 650, but obviously if you can reuse stuff that would be more logical.

Can't argue with this build at all, if your not in a rush you could hang on for the 1600x for more cores. But this is a great build

How will that run streaming to twitch and gaming at the same time?? Heard the i3 and i5 are not the best for streaming?

I3's wouldn't be much use, but if you want better than the above build for streaming your gonna have to up your budget. DayZ and Arma3 are cpu intensive anyway and both love the hyperthreading of the i7's. You could always go 2nd hand to make your money go a little further

Is the graphics card above better than the EVGA GeForce® GTX 1060?

I went with a modern bundle within budget, I don't stream so I don't know the performance all I know is my i3 from haswell is great with multiple stuff in the background and fairs well recording video while gaming, that system I listed is better than my system lol.

Usually i5 processors are good for streaming, but you need to be able to overclock I think, but as the person above said you'd need to nearly double your budget for a proper streaming/gaming machine consisting of new parts or go used.

The 480 has more memory, but the both hit & most miss, the 480 will better the 1060 in some areas and visa versa from whatever ive read up on them, but I think the 480 is more comparable to the 1070.

For £618 i can get

i7 7700k
Asus RX 480 Dual 8gb
Asus Prime z270-p Mobo

Is that a good enough set up for streaming at 720p and gaming at 1080?

It is a little better due to recent driver updates, not much in it to be honest. DayZ is horribly unoptimised and still in alpha and Arma3 has always ran poorly, worth remembering

I don't know anything about the motherboard I'm afraid, but that would be better for what you want

The 480 is not on the same league as the 1070, they are wildly different with the 1070 out performing the 480 by a good margin

I would get the E3 1230V5 which the I7 6700K equivalent (I got mine for 170), Asrock E3V5 Gaming OC ( so you can overclock I got mine up to 4.55ghzs) and 16gb of used ddr4. I would get both the ram and cpu used, but buy the mobo new as it's only 125. What you could also do is buy into the X58 platform and buy a six core Xeon that kind of set up you can get Ram, mobo and CPU for 200ish. I am currently selling mine ebay so yh. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/142322112765?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649
