Zotac 1080Ti AMP Edition - Release Date?

Hi guys,

I pre-ordered one of these a while back, but I am struggling to find any details whatsoever on when these are going to be available.

Can someone please point me in the right direction towards an announcement that I may have missed? Or is it the case that as of right now nobody actually knows?

that sucks, I prefer to keep one GPU at all times just for situations like this, in between upgrades etc. Got a 970 stashed away, it's still a good card and can fill any void for a while

Yeah, I'm almost regretting selling on my 1070 but with the price reductions I couldn't take the hit and still justify a 1080Ti... might have to take a look at getting a backup card

yeah 1070 is too expensive a card to keep for such reasons, I reckon something £100-ish should do the job nicely.

Any further information on this now we are closer to the time Gibbo? I see other sites listing as 14th - is this somewhere close?

Gibbo did say in the Zotac/Inno/Asus etc thread that the card should hopefully be delivered around the bank holiday weekend.

Yeh I know, I can't wait. I've owned high end cards before: SLI 8800 GTX's, ATI 5870, my current 980; but I've not been this hyped for a card before. Looking forward to finally being able to do my 4k monitor justice (I'm getting the Extreme Spectre FYI).

Nice choice - I've gone for the one below (couldn't stretch to the one you picked). I've never owned a top end card ever, always been one or two steps down, but decided to treat myself this time around. Roll on bank holiday weekend!

To be fair I've been sitting on £500 worth of OC vouchers for about 6 months waiting for the Ti to come out! That's the only reason I got it. Otherwise I'd be waiting till I got New York in May and try to pick up a bargain.
