What do I need to transfer to a mATX case?

Hey guys,

Looking at getting a Kolink Sattelite M-ATX case, and currently have the following:

MSI P55-GD80
i5 750, 1155 socket?
Not sure on RAM
GTX 670 twin Frozr, 267mm long I beleive
Seasonic M12II EVO Edition 850W - 150 mm (W) x 170 mm (L) x 86 mm (H)
Cooler Master V6GT.

So first question, will the GPU and PSU fit into this case?

And if so, I take it i'll only need a new mATX Motherboard and CPU cooler?

Last bought any components back in 2013 so am seriously out of the loop so any help is greatly appreciated!

Dont think the PSU will go with a gfx card that long.

Clearance: VGA - 280mm, CPU Cooler 165mm, PSU - 220mm (with VGA card under 190mm), 140mm (with VGA card over 190mm)

Balls! Any recommendations on a small, under TV case that would fit my current set up with minimal changes? Don't mind getting a stock or cheap CPU cooler as I only use it for browsing and some L4D2/Prison Architect these days!

It would be like having an AV Receiver pretty much, only seen them in videos, but it's also designed to go under a tv really, so be your best bet.
