2 bed flat, just my wife and I. Double insulated, double glazed and we get a lot of heat from the floors under us (penthouse). We also get a LOT of sunshine in our place which makes our flat much warmer in winter and close to unbearably hot in summer (we often run an AC in summer due to this).

Our monthly DD is going up to £64 but I'll be changing soon to bring that down to £50 or so again. It's the annual energy dance.

Wow. I think we just moved up over £100 a month in a two bed flat. Two big TV's, one file server always on, quite often two PC's and a laptop on, big american fridge/freezer.

**EDIT** My bad, just checked and we're about £70 a month for electricity. Still quite high compared to others for a 2 bed flat.

Combined gas and electric over winter is currently £145 per month. That's actually dropped once we got a more effecient washing machine. We have the washer, dryer and a number of medical devices in constant use. The electric should drop a bit now we can start drying outside (subject to rain or ***** with fires).

£240 last quarter, so £80 a month. To be fair it's time we changed supplier again, our rates are a little high. That's a 3 bed semi with the usual kitchen appliances (electic oven) plus, chest freezer in the shed, 1x pc, 1x server, 2x games consoles, 2x small lcds tvs and 1 big power hungry plasma and av amp, etc

That's loads! Do you have kids ?

Changed all our halogen bulbs (60w x8) to 6w 8 led bulbs immediately on moving in. So unfortunately can't provide a saving. But obviously 10x
£99 a quarter sounds pretty cheap?

Surely you have more electrical devices than a couple of PCs, a TV and a coffee machine? How is your home heated?
I have electric oven but heating is gas and hardly on as our flat is warm.

We have dish washer we use probably twice a week and washing machine twice or three times a week

Mine in the winter was £120 a month.

2kw oil radiator
400 watt panel heater in the bathroom
Computer 4 to 5 hours a day
Fridge
Freezer
Kettle/tassimo machine twice a day
Lights/philips hue x6
Electric shower twice a day.

On my 2 days off i use the oven (don't cook for 5 days when im at work)

My bill last month was £55 (this included 2 weeks heating on timers),this month it will be roughly £40 due to no heating for a month.

Electric seems to be between £30-35 a month. Probably could be a bit lower as we have a fridge freezer in the garage which is rarely used but always on and I forget to turn my PC off most nights.

Over the winter (ie the last quarter) we paid £138.48, so £34.60 a month. We have changed all of our lights to either energy-saving or LED. This is two of us in a 3-bed semi, we have an electric fire that gets a bit of use, an electric (oil-filled) radiator in the conservatory that got switched on at least once a week (to take the edge off), and we aren't shy of having a decent bath and shower.

Gas was a bit higher than the electricity though, really need to do something about the drafty front door, then this would come down a fair bit also.

£95. And that's with a 3.75kw Solar PV system too.

But I keep reptiles so lots of power hungry bulbs on 12hrs p/d

£110/month but electricity is way more expensive than the mainland but I do tend to get about a months worth refunded every quarter (apart from winter quarter). Also no option to change supplier here, only the one :/

4 bedroom house, oil combi, 2 adults 2 kids.

I found changing LED bulbs in the house saved about £10 a month (41 bulbs). Things like water/immersion heaters, fridge/freezer tends to get forgotten when working out electricity usage. My main electricity cost I think would be my 4' fish tank with pump running constantly. I also have a Microserver with 4 HDD on constantly for backup/media/hosting purposes.

One thing that I am going to be doing when I re-do my entertainment setup in the lounge is use one of those foot-switchable multi plugs for all the devices that can be turned off when not in use (i.e. amp, sub, Raspberry Pi, TV, Bluray etc) - it means I just press that and those devices are not on standby which leaves answer phone, Sky box, router and switch on.

£52pm for Gas and Electric, we have ended up owing Sainsburys/Britsh Gas after the winter months however over summer we're usually in credit by quite a bit so I expect this to balance out.

£600 last quarter :(. Moved into a house with old storage heaters, which are now thankfully off. Sadly though, not sure if our CH will be installed in time for next winter.
