Very very lucky. I remember one time when i was having my car serviced and there was a 993 turbo up on a ramp having several thousand pounds worth of suspension mods done and noticed the tyres were full of cracks. Some people need to get their priorities sorted.
Not sure why you'd want a such a soft tyre tyre that lasts so few miles just to counteract the fact it needs replacing anyway.
what do you suggest for someone who has a weekend car that see's maybe 2K miles a year though?
is there a go to "soft" tyre which only lasts 8-10K miles?

Soft tyres have more grip![]()
Something like sports cup series, ultra soft but last for nothing.
Massive difference in cost. Cup Sports on my GT4 are twice the price of PSS or PS4S, to give you an idea.
When you consider you get maximum 10k out of the Cups, more likely 5-6k, they become a sizable investment. However, IMO, the insane levels of grip are worth it.
Maybe some Toyo r888888888s?
Maybe some Toyo r888888888s?
AD08R are a better road tyre (Although they'll still catch you out in the wet if you aren't paying attention) slightly cheaper than the Toyo tooMaybe some Toyo r888888888s?
I think I'll definitely replace the 14 year old tyres on the BMW now...![]()
