Wow, to it plugs into the CPU unit, normally they have barbs screwed into them..

Hey OP, I am really sorry to see this. I have seen leak issues before with our coolers which is rare, but this is the first time I've seen a case where a tube came off from the pump. I'm just glad that the other components turned out to be ok after the unfortunate leak. I'd like to get that unit back here in HQ for evaluation so we can find out what caused it and ultimately prevent it from ever happening aagain.

I'll get you sorted out with a new replacement via RMA. Please submit an RMA request and send me the ticket # when you get one. I can prioritize your RMA given the circumstances. Again, I apologize for the inconvenience.
