Cannot redeem Nvidia promotion

Hi.

This is driving me even more bonkers because I can't register on the nVidia forums. I've tried different PCs, different browsers and different usernames but it keeps showing javascript void when I try to submit.

Anyway, I have bought Ghost Recon Wildlands as my dad has a code from his laptop.

We cannot redeem it. There is no "redeem" button under the account at the top right. It just says account and logout.

This is happening on my machine and his. I've uninstalled and reinstalled drivers and installed standalone experience...3.5.0.7.6 or whatever the latest one is.

Nothing works.

Does anyone else not have this option on their geforce experience?

I've redeemed one in the last week but with a 1080ti installed.

Can't register on my phone either...

Anyway after muchos messing around, I can see the redeem on my side.

We both have 1070s.

Am I ok to log in to his Nvidia/uPlay to redeem the code then log out so he can log in from his house to download?

His is still not working.

Sorted now. Nvidia said known issue and it suddenly appeared for him a few hours ago
